• Customized or personalized items.
• Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.

Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a product defect or our error, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
• In all other cases, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Method
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or store credit.
